Isaac felt a brief vibration underfoot, and the sound quickly faded away.
Monbrol walked to the front and lifted the wooden bed. Underneath, the ground was covered with animal skin. He pulled the skin aside and revealed a hole right in front of Isaac.
"Here, we can leave from here," Monbrol said, looking at Isaac with a fearful expression.
"You go first," Isaac said in a low voice.
Monbrol nodded, held up the oil lamp, and jumped down immediately.
