Isaac said that he felt like having some stew. At once, Diana's office was turned into a stew kitchen, with fresh meats and vegetables being cut and prepared by the officers outside.
Around 9.30 pm later, Diana pushed the door open and said excitedly, "The results are out. It was Edward! Edward was the culprit, after all!"
Louis trembled all over. He looked at Isaac, who was yawning with his eyes shut, and said, "Mr. Garten, the results say that the real culprit is the bastard next door."
"Officer Taylor, you did really well. Once this case is cracked, I'll give you a proper award," Louis said with a nod.
Just then, the phone in his pocket started ringing.
