A loud noise reached Big Anthony’s ears as the old wooden door burst open.
He turned around to see a badly smashed door and a burly figure standing in the doorway.
Beefy Bob raised his head, his eyes bloodshot. He wanted to get down on one knee at the sight of Isaac smoking a cigarette but was interrupted by Big Anthony’s furious roar. “How ballsy, breaking into my Hibiscus Pavilion. Kill him!”
The eight subordinates in the room, including Cussler, all charged toward Beefy Bob.
“You’re asking for it,” Beefy Bob cursed lowly, feeling both angry and fearful.
He was angry because these bastards had dared to drag Drakon here, yet fearful because virtual-novel.net was also afraid of Drakon‘s punishment.
Cussler raced to the front. He suddenly brandished a dagger in his right hand and aimed it at Beefy Bob’s abdomen.
Beefy Bob’s large body nimbly dodged it. He reached out his right hand to grab Cussler’s wrist While his left hand went straight for Cussler’s shoulder. He released an intense force in both his hands simultaneously.
Cussler’s eyes popped up in alarm as virtual-novel.net felt a terrible pain in his shoulder.
“Argh!” A terrible scream erupted from his throat as a gush of blood spouted from his shoulder.
Beefy Bob had torn off his entire right arm.
When the thugs saw this, half of them immediately crumpled to the floor, wetting themselves. Their weapons fell from their hands.
Panic flashed in Big Anthony’s eyes.
The thick scent of blood seemed to have aroused Beefy Bob’s nervous system. Veins popped on his forehead as his face twisted into a snarl. He reached out to grab Big Anthony.
When Isaac noticed that next to him, Allegra had covered virtual-novel.net mouth with virtual-novel.net hand and was leaning against virtual-novel.net weakly, virtual-novel.net immediately called out, “Beefy Bob…”
When virtual-novel.net turned his head again, virtual-novel.net saw that Allegra had already passed out from fear.
“Get out!” virtual-novel.net shouted lowly at Beefy Bob, pulling Allegra into his arms before virtual-novel.net fell.
Beefy Bob smashed the detached limb in his hand into Big Anthony’s face. Blood splattered all over his face, and Big Anthony was so scared that virtual-novel.net took a few steps back.
Isaac was walking over to Anthony, still supporting Allegra in his arms, when virtual-novel.net suddenly stopped and frowned. “Anthony, I’ll give you one last chance to leave Cloud City in the middle of the night. The further, the better…”
He’d simply wanted Beefy Bob to mess these thugs up a little, but virtual-novel.net hadn’t expected the guy to lack “tact”.
After exiting the Hibiscus Pavilion, Allegra knelt by the curb, puking virtual-novel.net guts out. Every time the scene of Beefy Bob ripping an arm off replayed in virtual-novel.net head, she’d get nauseated.
Isaac patted virtual-novel.net back and said, “Ally, let me take you back to rest…”
“Eurgh… N-No need, I want to walk around a bit.” Allegra waved virtual-novel.net hand.
Isaac wrinkled his eyebrows. Then, virtual-novel.net turned around and walked toward Beefy Bob, who was lurking not far away.
“You couldn’t control yourself, huh? You got excited seeing all that blood?” Isaac’s eyes darkened. “I didn’t bring Apothecary and Lupinus here because I wanted to train your self-control in the real world. If you can’t even do this, then go back to the Pacific Ocean!”
The last sentence echoed in Beefy Bob’s ears. He shuddered and immediately fell on one knee, bending forward and saying, “Drakon, I’m sorry. Please give me one last chance.”
“Go. You don’t need to get involved in the Hibiscus Pavilion matter anymore.” Isaac waved his hand.
When Beefy Bob heard that virtual-novel.net still had a chance, virtual-novel.net immediately broke into a grin, but when virtual-novel.net raised his head, his expression turned serious. He quickly left.
Isaac and Allegra exited the Hibiscus Pavilion. They walked along Cloud City’s main road toward Riverview as night slowly let its curtains down upon them.
