There was quite an obvious difference between the culture in Londoria and back home.
For example, while wandering around, Isaac could see couples in the booths hugging and making out with each other in public. They weren't just in the booths. They were also around the corners, hiding in the bathroom stalls, everywhere.
After walking around for a bit, Isaac found an empty booth and sat down.
He looked up and saw Harry talking happily with one of the women who'd been dancing on the stagejust a while ago. They were also clinking glasses with each other, acting like old buddies who hadn't seen each other for a long while.
But then again, Harry was the one who once told him that his life would be useless if he couldn't flirt with women.
