Emily didn't know where Isaac was taking Esmeralda either, but she thought Isaac was doing something in vain.

Isaac drove the car, while Esmeralda and Emily sat in the back seat. They quickly drove toward the northwest of the city.

Over 20 minutes later, Emily noticed Isaac heading toward Mt. Soulin.

It was early morning by the time the car arrived halfway up. The night wind blew cold as they climbed the mountain. Esmeralda's speed was slow, and she looked cold with her arms crossed.
