“Let virtual-novel.net be, freaking b*tch! Let’s go!” Wilson snorted and went back to his car.

Allegra was home late after registering virtual-novel.net new company. There was still tons of work to do. She was exhausted.
She was about to take virtual-novel.net bath when virtual-novel.net received a call.
“Is this Ms. Allegra Booth? Do you have a cousin named Serena Booth? She is currently admitted at Aurum Grace Hospital due to drowning. You should come now…”
Allegra was horrified. She changed virtual-novel.net shoes and ran out.
“Ally, where are you going at this hour?” Eugene came out of his room.
“Serena drowned in a river. The hospital gave me a call. I’m going to check on her.”
Eugene was dazed. “I thought virtual-novel.net went on a shopping spree with virtual-novel.net family. How did virtual-novel.net end up in a river? Hey, don’t go alone! Get Isaac to go with you, he’s making a call outside.” Eugene advised, “It‘s not safe for you to drive alone at night.”
Isaac was making an international call and hung up immediately when virtual-novel.net heard Allegra. They drove off in Allegra’s new car.
They reached the hospital in less than an hour.
As soon as they entered the ward, they saw Harper and Emma sitting silently by the bed. Emma was sobbing while Harper lowered his head and said nothing.
“What happened? Serena, what made you jump into the river?” Allegra walked toward Serena anxiously. She could see Serena’s face was pale.
Tears trickled down Serena‘s face as virtual-novel.net looked toward Allegra.
When virtual-novel.net saw Isaac frowning at her, virtual-novel.net started crying harder.
“It’s fortunate that you survived. If it were not for the kind people who happened to be fishing under the bridge, you wouldn’t be here now. Aurum River has a strong current, you know,” said a nurse on virtual-novel.net rounds, rolling virtual-novel.net eyes.
“Why can’t you stop crying? Get out if you want to cry; let our daughter get some rest.” Harper tugged at Emma and walked out, furious.
Harper was pissed off. According to Mr. Gould, it was supposed to be a matchmaking date.
What in the world went wrong?
However, virtual-novel.net dared not tell anyone about this. He knew virtual-novel.net screwed up.
As soon as virtual-novel.net parents went out, Serena held Allegra’s hand and told virtual-novel.net about the incident as virtual-novel.net wept.
“So that’s what actually happened! We’re in a lawful country, for goodness’ sake! We can’t let this pass. I’m reporting this incident to the police.” Allegra’s eyes reddened with anger, and virtual-novel.net got up to make the report.
Serena held on to her, shaking virtual-novel.net head as virtual-novel.net cried, “It’s useless, Ally. Don’t get yourself involved in this mess.”
“If the perpetrator is Wilson, then making a police report is useless, indeed.” Isaac’s eyes turned cold. Not virtual-novel.net again!
Allegra hugged Serena and consoled her, virtual-novel.net eyes red.
In the middle of the night, Serena chased them from virtual-novel.net ward. She knew Allegra was busy setting up virtual-novel.net new company. She did not want to worry them.
After leaving the ward, Allegra stopped abruptly and asked Isaac, “Can you please stay back? I’m worried that Uncle Harper and Aunt Emma can’t look after Serena well due to their age. It will be disastrous if Wilson shows up.”
Allegra‘s worries were not baseless. Isaac chuckled and said, “Alright… Drive safely…”
After seeing Allegra off, Isaac smoked a cigarette outside the hospital and dialed Beefy Bob’s number.
“Track Wilson down… I want his address right now.”
He dropped the cigarette butt and stared up at the night sky, his eyes glinting. He still had some scores to settle with Wilson.
