Edward howled with laughter on the inside upon watching Allegra cry her heart out, but he didn't show it. Instead, he said pityingly, "Allegra, stand up. Let's do this-prepare a document, and we'll sign it. Once this agreement comes into effect, I promise I won't bring this to law enforcement, and no one will arrest Isaac!"

Allegra raised her head and said, "Alright, I'll do it now. Please wait for a moment."

Seeing Allegra dash upstairs, Eugene frowned even harder.

Edward turned to Margaret beside him and said quietly, "Margaret, I've thought long and hard about what you said to me previously. Once this agreement with Allegra is official, as your brother, I won't hide what rightfully belongs to you and Andy anymore."

Those words were merely to put Margaret at ease. After all, no one knew what was about to happen next.
