Allegra's body began to fall toward the ground, but Isaac caught her. A look of panic flashed through his eyes, but he quickly calmed himself down.
"You won't die as long as I'm here." His eyes were unbelievably gentle as he held Allegra.
He turned to look at William, his expression frigid. "If anything happens to Ally, I will make you wish you were dead."
"Hah, even now, you dare to speak so arrogantly?" William burst out laughing instead.
With a ferocious look, he smiled and said, "I have another glass of poisoned wine. If you don't want your woman to die, drink it, and I‘ll give you the antidote. However, there's only one antidote!"
