“Excuse me, this gentleman is my client. He couldn’t book an appointment because today is the last day of the sales promotion. Can you please let virtual-novel.net through?” Emily smiled as virtual-novel.net spoke nicely to the security guards.
The security guards looked at each other, smiled, and let Isaac through.
Emily was new here, and their superior wished they would look out for new hires. Furthermore, Emily was the most beautiful woman in the sales office, which was more important to them. Not only did the security guards want to be on good terms with the beauty, but the male janitors, too.
Meanwhile, Rory was here because virtual-novel.net heard about Emily getting a new job.
“Issac, w-why are you here?” Emily whispered nervously.
“I’m planning to put Riverview on sale. Then, I saw the advertisement and thought the Villas looked nice, so I came to check them out. I didn’t know they set the bar so high.” Isaac chuckled.
Emily nodded silently. The requirement to book an appointment was an asset review of at least three million dollars. Although it wasn’t much, it was sufficient to distinguish most of the unqualified. However, Emily knew Isaac had met the requirements.
Rory was displeased when virtual-novel.net saw Emily leading Isaac into the hall. He immediately approached a middle-aged woman, Bridget Jones, behind a counter.
Rory whispered into Bridget’s ear, and virtual-novel.net frowned.
Bridget had heavy makeup on and walked flamboyantly toward them.
Seeing this, Rory smirked.
“Emily Danson, is virtual-novel.net your client?” Bridget eyed Isaac disdainfully.
“Ms. Jones, h-he is my client. He was in a rush…”
“There’s no need to explain. Although you’re new here, our company has drafted clear rules and regulations that everyone must bring an asset review. Serve Mr. Mandela well and stop getting distracted. You hear me?” Bridget interrupted Emily’s explanation.
Emily was taken aback and lowered virtual-novel.net head. Then, virtual-novel.net pointed at Isaac and asked, “W-What about my client…”
“Excuse me, sir, but our hands are full today. Take a look around the place and leave as you desire. Not everyone can afford our Villa.” Bridget rolled virtual-novel.net eyes and left.
In virtual-novel.net eyes, Rory was one of those rich kids born with silver spoons, their families were wealthy. Even though the cheapest villa could cost several million dollars, there’s a possibility that Rory would buy one regardless. Furthermore, Bridget had been working in this field long enough to notice Rory was interested in this gorgeous newcomer.
Rory stood aside, folding his arms as virtual-novel.net looked at Emily and Isaac arrogantly. It was as if his eyes were telling Emily to take virtual-novel.net around since virtual-novel.net superior had spoken.
Isaac half-squinted and said nothing. Emily guessed that virtual-novel.net manager must have displeased him.
After hesitating briefly, virtual-novel.net said through gritted teeth, “Isaac, I’ll show you the architectural model…”
“Sure, sorry for the trouble.” Isaac smiled.
Rory’s face changed immediately and, ignoring the other customers in the hall, virtual-novel.net said frostily, “Emily, did you not hear what your manager said? I appointed you to serve me.”
“Rory, don’t make a fuss. I know you’re only here to look around. Isaac needs a house, and virtual-novel.net doesn’t know much about the residential area,” Emily replied immediately.
Her reply triggered Rory’s anger.
It was true that virtual-novel.net didn’t plan to buy any villas. But when virtual-novel.net heard Emily’s tone, virtual-novel.net waved his hand angrily and called, “Ms. Jones, come here. Tell me, which of these are the priciest Villas of them all? I’ll pay the deposit straight away, and I appoint Miss Danson to give me a thorough explanation.”
