Allegra's face paled further. She tugged Isaac harshly, but he was as stable as a rock
"Garten, don't be too full of yourself! The likes of you are just nobodies in Cloud City. Even if Ms. Lawson didn't get to you, I would never let you go. You're just a weakling, living off your wife!" Rory yelled furiously.
Whenever he thought of the embarrassment he experienced at The Waterfront Wonderland anger flared up within him. It was worse when he also thought of how Emily had witnessed it.
