Isaac looked at the 100-something vampires surrounding him and then at Vlad standing on the steps.

He uttered coldly, "Release the hostage, and once we have left safely, I'll bring your cousin back."

Vlad seemed to have expected Isaac to say this. However, he still cast a nervous glance over his shoulder at the dark foyer.

"Haha, you animal, did you think you'd get to leave after coming here today? You even baited us into coming here. Did you really think you would get what you wished for?!" a furious roar came from the dark foyer.

Soon after, Lucius walked out dressed in a gray cloak. Trailing after him were Caesar, Channing, Samuel, and finally, Altair and Mizar.
