1000 yards away from Natura Gazebo in the direction of the summit, officers stood on both sides of a gully, lighting up the area well.
In the middle of the gully was a mound of earth, with a pile of fallen leaves by its side. A small, pale face showed just above the dirt, it was Isabella, unconscious.
Two silhouettes dashed through the night, as swift as panthers.
“Where is she? Where is Bella?” Isaac’s roar sounded from afar.
Isaac leaped into the gully and briskly approached Isabella.
“My daughter!” His voice turned gravelly once virtual-novel.net saw Isabella buried in earth up to virtual-novel.net neck. His eyes reddened.
Beefy Bob inhaled sharply and felt the urge to cry. Tears welled in his eyes. Immediately after, virtual-novel.net emitted a burst of murderous intent.
Beefy Bob squatted to start digging, but Isaac urgently stopped him, “Don’t move!”
Isaac’s hand trembled as virtual-novel.net caressed virtual-novel.net dirty forehead, virtual-novel.net was cold.
He closed his eyes and felt Isabella’s weak life force. He carefully transferred a surge of spiritual energy from his palm onto Isabella’s forehead.
Ten minutes later, virtual-novel.net let go and started digging.
His movements were agile. When Huxley and the rest arrived, Isabella was already in his arms, covered in dirt. The girl’s body was shaking even though virtual-novel.net was unconscious.
“Don’t be scared, Bella. Daddy is here…” whispered Isaac.
As though virtual-novel.net heard him, Isabella’s lips moved, and virtual-novel.net hands lightly grabbed Isaac’s arm.
Isaac instructed Beefy Bob, “Bring the car as close as possible. Also, tell Apothecary to get here even if he’s in the middle of his treatment. Inform the generals to come up north stealthily and await my orders.”
Huxley’s face paled. He opened his mouth to say something, but Isaac’s glance sent virtual-novel.net staggering.
“Quickly! Inform the specialists in the general hospital to be prepared!” Huxley snapped into action and shouted at Wendell.
He dashed forward a few steps and halted abruptly, instructing Alfie, who was still dumbfounded, “Get the ear and go to the House of Custos in Shelleross!”
“Shelleross? House of Custos? Mr. Woodward, i-it’s still dark…” Alfie’s legs grew weak at the thought of that place.
Shelleross?
It is the Nine States’ center of authority!
And what is the House of Custos?
It is the military headquarters for all the military branches in the Nine States!
“We have no time. Just do as I instructed!” Huxley stomped frantically as virtual-novel.net yelled, “Waste another second, and the Isbell family is finished!”
Aler was thunderstruck. He instantly dashed toward the car park at the foot of the mountain.
On the way, virtual-novel.net stumbled and rolled into a gully, but virtual-novel.net couldn’t care less about his appearance. He scrambled back up and continued running.
An hour later, the general hospital was in chaos as specialists from each department dragged themselves out of bed and into the hospital. They took Isabella to the emergency room.
Meanwhile, in Cloud City, five Dusk Warriors in casual clothes carried Harry in a wooden tub as they speedily boarded a private plane.
“Shit! Shit! Shit! Boss called me to Peeling, knowing that I’m suffering from severe injuries and soaking in a tub, that doesn’t look good,” muttered Harry with only his head above the tub.

It was dawn…
Garrett had just laid down to take a nap when his phone vibrated.
Upon seeing the number, virtual-novel.net sprung up in bed and answered it.
A low voice came through the receiver, “Hey, old friend… I have something to ask… They found the Temple of Drakon’s princess buried alive on Mt. Herbes… Did the Isbell family take part in any of this?”
Garrett jolted and let out a laugh. “Oh, Lennox… Are you sleep talking? What nonsense are you spouting?”
“Huxley called… If it’s really you… We’re in deep trouble!”
