Arian stood between Isaac and Thaddeus. He looked at the crackling fire and sighed, muttering, "Missed by a few minutes, I see..."

Then, he looked at Thaddeus, chuckling. "Mr. Lopez, it's been some time since we last met. Do you still remember me?"

Thaddeus was panting. He glared at Isaac and smiled at Arian. "I didn't expect to see you here, Supreme Commander. What a surprise."

Arian smiled and looked to the left. When he saw Thaddeus' companion, his eyes widened in shock, and his expression turned solemn.

Thaddeus' companion, Nathan Streams, chuckled as he walked toward them. It seemed as if he was only about to take the first step, but the next moment, he suddenly appeared beside Thaddeus.
