Afterward, Isaac stopped Black Phoenix from leaving. "Black Phoenix, come to Drakonia at 9 pm later to sit in on our meeting."

At the Temple of Drakon, the Meeting of Generals was of the highest standard. Even though Black Phoenix and Beefy Bob were Isaac's men, they couldn't join whenever they wanted.
