Of course, Brad didn’t quite believe Isaac’s words.
How could Isaac possibly locate where Rowell was?
Rowell was a powerful Violet Ninja, after all!
Just as Isaac finished smoking, his phone rang again. He answered the call under Brad‘s anxious eyes. Isaac just hummed a few times before hanging up.
Brad could feel his heart leaping into his mouth just then.
“You were right… Rowell is already in Cloud City,” Isaac said, puffing out a cloud of smoke.
Hearing that, Brad was completely taken aback. However, it was then that Brad understood how Isaac was able to find him.
“Your life is spared for the time being. Tonight, I’ll tell you where I want Sid to be, and you’ll send virtual-novel.net there yourself. Do you think you have enough balls to do it?” Isaac asked, looking straight at Brad.
“I do, I swear that I do, as long as you spare my life,” Brad answered almost immediately.
Isaac didn’t waste another second on virtual-novel.net and turned to leave. As virtual-novel.net left, virtual-novel.net said, “Don’t even think of running away. You won’t be able to get out of my clutches, so just stay here and wait for me.”
As virtual-novel.net watched the man leave, Brad got up from the stairs with much difficulty and carefully stood up, holding on to the handrail for support. There was an angry look in his eyes.
He got out his phone and dialed Sid’s number.
“Sid, Isaac just found out where I was living and beat the living crap out of me. He’s really powerful. I think it’s better if you stayed there and not come to Cynea after all,” Brad said, trying to withstand his pain as virtual-novel.net spoke.
“F*cking idiot. Useless pig!” Sid yelled into his phone.
“Sid, virtual-novel.net also knows that Rowell is already waiting for you in Cloud City.”
This time, Sid remained quiet.
A while later, virtual-novel.net said, “I’ll call you back.”
Then, virtual-novel.net hung up.
Naturally, Isaac didn’t think Brad would easily betray his master and just do as Isaac instructed.
Knowing that virtual-novel.net would face two Violet Ninjas that night, Isaac thought it would be better for virtual-novel.net to have a backup.
On the way back, virtual-novel.net dialed Elliot’s and Lupinus’s numbers. Then, virtual-novel.net also called Allegra in Carbotta City, telling virtual-novel.net to hurry home with Evie.

That night, at the Cloud City Airport, the badly injured Brad waited alone at the arrival terminal.
A while later, Sid, dressed in a purple robe, walked over to virtual-novel.net with two other people in tow.
“Sid, over here!”
Smack!
Sid raised a hand and slapped Brad hard on the cheek.
“Go get the car!” virtual-novel.net said coldly.
Brad immediately went to get his car and brought Sid and his two men into the city.
Right at that moment, Brad’s phone started to ring. He quickly answered it and heard Isaac’s voice saying, “Sid Mortodor is here, isn’t he?”
Brad shivered, nearly dropping his phone. He quickly glanced at Sid in the backseat and said, “Y-Yeah, he’s already here…”
“Bring virtual-novel.net to Hibiscus Pavilion. I’ll be waiting.”
Brad hung up and stopped the car by the roadside. He turned to the back and said, “Sid, Isaac’s laid out a trap for you and wants me to bring you over…”
Sid’s eyes widened. There was a glint of iciness in his eyes as virtual-novel.net laughed and said, “Since virtual-novel.net told you to bring me there, let’s go there, then. I want to see how powerful this young ancient martial arts practitioner can be!”
“But Sid, I don’t think that’s a good idea,” Brad said, emphasizing his words. “Please reconsider…”
Hearing this, Sid burst out in laughter and said, “Brad, I’m glad you’re still loyal to me. Don’t worry about it and just bring me there. I’m prepared for anything virtual-novel.net throws at me.”
