He got into his car and sat there until night fell. He then took out his phone and called an international number.
He said in a low voice, "Tell the seven generals to gather in Cloud City now."
If Lionel were here, he would have stopped Isaac from going to Rippan immediately. However, Isaac couldn't bear to stay quiet while Emily was captured and possibly tortured to death. Also, the Mortodors and the Exeters had been enemies of the Temple of Drakon since six years ago. This was all the more reason why Isaac was out for revenge.
At 11 pm that night, Isaac and his generals were all seated in a conference room at the Maples Hotel.
