There were a total of five clones that snaked through the crowd of 3,000 Dusk Soldiers and stopped just less than 200 feet away from Damien.
Despite the blinding snow, Damien could still clearly recognize the person standing at the front most of the group. It was Ralph Yalde of Astraeus, and the person behind virtual-novel.net was Flynn Snyder, dressed in a black and red cloak.
Someone walked from behind the five-person group in white armor. He was laughing like a maniac as virtual-novel.net reached Ralph’s place.
Damien narrowed his eyes again as virtual-novel.net looked at the deranged-looking man with splatters of blood all over his snow-white armor. He recognized virtual-novel.net too.
“Crawson?”
“Haha! General Rovin, I’m so happy to learn that you still remember my name! It’s such an honor. However, don’t forget that today is the fifth anniversary since you killed my brother. I’ve been laying low for five years, you know? And now, it’s finally time for revenge!”
As virtual-novel.net watched the man before him, Damien scoffed and said, “Your brother was a Grade 7 Wild Fighter, and we still killed virtual-novel.net effortlessly. Are you saying you’re now even more powerful than virtual-novel.net was back then?”
“Haha! General Rovin, aren’t you curious about what I’ve been up to for the past five years?”
Crawson’s face suddenly turned violent as virtual-novel.net roared, “I’m f*cking telling you now that I, Crawson Sullivan, am now the First General of the southern part of the Kingdon of Ursus, and I have inherited my brother’s old nickname, the ‘Undefeatable God’! Guess what? I’m now a Grade 8 Wild Fighter. And I am going to make you feel the wrath and fury of the Sullivan family!”
Crawson’s veins nearly popped out of his forehead as virtual-novel.net spoke. His face twisted into a nasty sneer, and his chest bulged out, filling up the suit of armor virtual-novel.net was wearing. Within seconds, his body had transformed into something similar to the Hulk.
“Let’s attack together and kill him,” Ralph said, leading the three elders and Flynn to follow Crawson as be rushed toward Damien and the other three Dusk Soldiers.
It was five Renascence Phase fighters and a Grade 8 Wild Fighter against Damien and his soldiers, who only consisted of one Renascence Phase fighter and three mid-Amalgamation Phase fighters. A few exchanges of hands later, the three Dusk Soldiers perished one after another.
Damien fought alone with the other six enemies. Just as virtual-novel.net managed to severely injure Flynn with a hit, Ralph suddenly pulled out a dagger and stabbed it into Damien’s back.
Whoosh!
Damien shivered hard.
Thud!
A hard blow landed on Damien’s chest. He immediately spat out a mouthful of blood and fell to the ground on his knees.
“Haha! Who would have thought that the tall-and-mighty General Rovin would also be in such a sorry state like this? If only my brother were here to see it. I’m sure virtual-novel.net would be overjoyed to see you in hell!” Crawson then walked toward Damien and kicked his face, forcing virtual-novel.net to the ground.
Damien’s eyes nearly popped out of their sockets. He gasped loudly for air and glared at Ralph as virtual-novel.net said, “I-If you kill m-me, the entire Astraeus will be thrown into chaos!”
“Pfft! You’re just one of Isaac’s eight fangs. Now, the only thing I want to do is to break every single fang virtual-novel.net has,” Ralph replied with a cold sneer.
Then, virtual-novel.net lifted his foot and stomped heavily on Damien’s throat. He turned to look at Crawson and said, “General Sullivan, none of this can ever be exposed. I’m sure you know what I mean!”
“Haha! Mr. Yalde, you are our kingdom’s best partner we could ever ask for. Of course, we would never let anything bad happen to you. Don’t worry. Not a single one of these thousands of soldiers will walk out of this canyon alive!”
Just as Crawson finished speaking, a sound thundered outside the canyon.
It was the sound of an approaching army. The few remaining Dusk Soldiers turned to look behind them and saw a large fleet of white-armored fighters charging toward them.
There was no end to the charging fleet of fighters. There had to be tens of thousands of them.
“Ah, my beloved Sullivan Army is here. I want you to wipe out every single black-armored soldier you see. Let’s all do this for your great General Sullivan!” Crawson said as virtual-novel.net brandished his sword in the air.

The sun was just rising in the east. Isaac was sitting cross-legged in the garden with his eyes tightly shut.
There was sweat dripping down from his face. His red-colored spiritual energy came and went with each breath that virtual-novel.net took.
Whenever virtual-novel.net had free time, virtual-novel.net was going to spend it meditating. After all, his power was still very far below that of Thaddaeus. Furthermore, virtual-novel.net just couldn’t stop drinking about Evie.
