Even if Tyger wanted to continue fighting, he no longer had the guts to do so. Everest Sect had left, after all. If the Ashleigh were to back out as well, there was no way Tyger and his clan could defeat their enemies.
"Allegra, come with me. Don't get involved in these things anymore," Magnus said.
He glanced at Allegra and walked toward the exit with his hands behind his back. He didn't even glance at Isaac or the others. To him, those people weren't worth a single glance.
A few moments later, Magnus realized that Allegra didn't follow him. He frowned and turned around. He saw that Allegra was staggering over to Isaac instead.
"Isaac, Isaac! Are you alright?" Allegra asked, tears flowing from her eyes.
