Amos Hyde, the principal, approached Isaac with his hands behind his back.
He eyed him and coldly asked, "Are you the parents of the missing child from Cloud City? Do you know whose son Jenson is? His father is the deputy chief of police in Pecling. Are you sure you want to do this?"
Eugene's legs felt weak, and he sat heavily on the ground. He didn't know how eminent a deputy chief was, but it seemed that Isaac had slapped someone he shouldn‘t have.
"Hands on your heads! Take them away!" Amos waved, and the warriors closed in on them.
"Isaac, what now? Isaac..." Allegra was so panicked that she almost cried.
