Isaac took out his phone and dialed an international number.

"Black Phoenix, track this person down." Isaac then shared critical information about Stephan with Black Phoenix.

Little did Isaac know that it wasn't Horace's idea to make trouble for Stephan but his big brother's.

He had asked Horace to recall the murders and other more serious incidents, then tracked down the important parties and locked them up somewhere. He planned to release them after three days. After all, Isaac had given the deadline of three days.
