They parked their car at the entrance of a grand international hotel. Isaac and Todd then walked into the building. Then, Isaac's phone rang. He answered it immediately when he saw Black Phoenix's caller ID.
"Drakon, he's running away! He's moving very quickly in the southeast direction. I'm worried I might lose him," Black Phoenix said anxiously.
