"What's wrong, Ms. Lambert? " Isaac frowned slightly as he walked over.
Holly didn't expect him to still be downstairs. She immediately stood up, wiped away her tears, and smiled slightly. "It's nothing. I just can't sleep. Are you hungry? I can cook something for you."
She had noticed Isaac hadn't eaten anything since his return in the evening.
"Okay, make some food then. I'll go check on Quill," he said, heading toward another room.
A steaming pasta was soon placed on the dining table. Isaac picked up the fork, took a bite, and nodded slightly.
