Isaac had previously promised Matthias that he wouldn't enter Royal City before the major event he mentioned. But after receiving the message from Roman, Isaac did not hesitate and came over immediately.

After Talbot had somewhat recovered, he took Isaac to the general's mansion.

The general‘s mansion covered a vast area, with more than ten administrative offices. There were over a dozen buildings dedicated to Internal Affairs alone. Outsiders would probably get lost trying to find their way around.

After Talbot and Roman brought Isaac into the general's mansion, they kept walking further inside until they reached the middle of a low, elongated building.

In front of the two rooms stood eight guards, and another four were positioned inside and outside the archway through which they entered.
