Normally, Cantonne Paragon was open to the public as an outdoor park. They could jog there or hang out on the benches while enjoying the sea View.

The place was also connected to Highway 99, making it easily accessible by cars and public transport. But since it was right in front of the Governor's Palace, no commercial events had ever been allowed to take place.

The car slowed to a stop at the south entrance to the place where the administration office was located. Nick and Isaac hurried in.

The guard at the door saw Nick and nodded at him in greeting, albeit a little excitedly. Nick was a mega superstar, after all. He was an idol to many people like them.

"Excuse me, sir. We're here to see the director, Mr. Sterling Harrington," Nick said politely to the guard.
