Silence ensued. Nick looked worriedly at Isaac, but Isaac just kept his head bowed as the cogs in his head turned.

A couple of minutes later, Isaac smiled and said, "Mr. Charter, what you said just made sense. We as husbands, have a responsibility to protect our families from harm. How about I have Beefy Bob follow you back to Cantonne tomorrow to investigate? He's pretty good at this too."

When Beefy Bob saw both Isaac and Nick looking at him, he suddenly felt his heart palpitating in his chest.

"Bob, take ten people with you to Cantonne tomorrow. Mr. Charter needs some help there."

Beefy Bob hurriedly nodded.
