When Isaac's attack hit the back of the Azure Demon Ox, it briefly lost its ability to move, perhaps for less than two seconds.

One of the three sharp arrows Hallie shot out hit its eye.

At that moment, blood burst from its eyes. With a thunderous roar, the Azure Demon Ox caused the surrounding trees to shake violently.

Just as Hallie was filled with joy and getting ready to move closer to shoot again, the massive ox suddenly turned around and fixed its one remaining eye intently on him.

The Azure Demon Ox opened its huge mouth and shot a stream of blue energy straight toward Hallie from between its fangs.
