There was the piercing sound of blades clanging.
Two of the thugs' sabers got swept into Isaac's swift movements and fell to the floor.
After a few dull thuds, Isaac launched a kick, and five of the thugs instantly flew backward, falling to the floor with a wail. As the remaining three debated withdrawing, a silver light suddenly blinded them, followed by a sharp pain in their thigh.
When they looked down, they saw their flesh had been split open, and blood was gushing from the wound. They collapsed onto the floor with a cry.
Everyone in the private room was stupefied except for Edward, who burst into ferocious laughter. "Garten, you really laid a hand on them, huh?! You must be sick of living already!"
