"Hello, is this Mr. Connor Hart? My name is Isaac Garten," Isaac said into the phone soon as the other side picked up. He narrowed his eyes at Cash, giving him an uncomfortable feeling.
"Mr. Hart, I'm sure you've heard about what happened to your secretary, Mr. Louis Marsh. I believe he's innocent, but the people at Internal Affairs are still stubborn as a mule and won't let him go. I think you need to do something about this."
