Before Cyrus left, he shared three pieces of news with him, but each of them upset him greatly.

Firstly, one of the ways to kill Isaac was to lure him to Seascape or to the eastern region. On top of that, he had to wait for his father to end his meditation!

Secondly, Reece of the South Division had gone against orders, stirred up trouble of his own, and thus, was kicked out of Astraeus. Moreover, Evie would be replacing Reece as the head of the South Division.

Xayden couldn't comprehend why they wanted Evie to become the division head. Children of the Supreme Leader weren't allowed to take up positions internally within Astraeus.
