Thomas was stunned. He did not understand what the old lady meant.
The old lady turned around, pointed at the crowd, who was making a fuss, and growled loudly. “Mr. Mayo just saved your family members’ lives, yet you ungrateful people are repaying his kindness with animosity at the next second! Are you human beings? Good for nothing! All of you are good for nothing!”
As she spoke, she took out a knife from her coat and swung it with great force.
