Before he could respond, a voice suddenly rose behind him. “Are you looking for me?”

The man, startled, jumped up in surprise and turned around immediately, only to find Thomas standing right behind him.

The moonlight shone on Thomas’ face, making him look like a frightening demon.

The man was so frightened that he was about to pee himself. He could not even grip the knife in his hand properly and only watched as it fell to the ground with a ringing clatter.

Instantly, Thomas snatched the rope from his opponent’s hands. With a few swift moves, he tied the two thieves together in a jiffy.
