Amidst the cheers and applause from the crowd, Jed Motley brought Thomas Mayo to his new office. He pushed the door open.
“Mr. Thomas, this will be your office from today onwards. No one will disturb you anymore in this separate office...”
Thomas went in and took a look.
The office was clean and tidy. It was indeed not bad. But the only caveat was it being a little empty and not welcoming enough.
Jed closed the door behind him.
