In the office of Pivot Technology, Kerry sat on the couch. He carefully played with the cards on the table as he built a card bridge.
The door opened.
Master Centipede walked into the room. As he walked, he said, “You’ve locked yourself in for a few days. Are you all right?”
Kerry played the cards while he answered, “My health condition is still the same, so there’s nothing to talk about it. But, recently I’ve been thinking about how I can get rid of Thomas.”
Master Centipede sat across him. He shook his head and said, “Thomas’ ability is unpredictable. Perhaps we really can’t deal with him. Kerry, you better give up.”
