As the axe was about to land on Thomas’s arm, Daisy did not care anymore and bumped Cindy using her body during that critical moment. Cindy was concussed, and she was stuck between the car seats. It showed how much Daisy cared about Thomas as the gentle and kind-hearted woman was being forced to this point.
“Ms. Martin, come up!”
Thomas extended out his other hand and grabbed Daisy at the same time. He pulled Daisy directly to the roof of the car.
At the same time, a helicopter drove directly over, and the rope ladder was lowered. Thomas hugged Daisy’s waist with one hand, and his other hand tightly grasped the swinging rope ladder. Then, he was hung up by the helicopter and flew up.
In the car, only Cindy was left. She saw Daisy being rescued through the car window, and her face showed her desperation.
