After he spoke, he left the living room immediately to keep an eye on Lord Vedastus and Thomas’ latest actions.
When Dragon Claw looked at Heron’s departing silhouette, he felt comforted and warm.
He whispered, “Heron, you’re wrong about something. You’re not my shield, I’m your shield. If anyone tries to hurt you, they’ll have to walk over my dead body!”
Dragon Claw did not have any family members in this world. In the past, he had lost all hope to live, but thanks to Heron, he managed to carry on.
