It was exciting news. They had accidentally moved closer to the Tree of Life.

Vince King squatted and continued to confirm their direction forward based on the sand.

A while later, he stood up, pointed to the left, and said, “If we move forward in this direction, we can reach the Tree of Life in about an hour... But there are two problems on this path..."

“First is the quicksand. There’ll be the constant danger of falling into quicksand. The second problem is the sandstorm. The nearer we get to the Tree of Life, the stronger the sandstorm will be... We have to wait for the sandstorm to die down before we can enter.”

Thomas asked, “When will the sandstorm die down?”
