If he accepted the coordinator’s suggestion, he could get the factory as compensation, but he would lose the possibility of getting back the purchasing fund. But, if he insisted on getting back the purchasing fund, he might not get anything. He was in a dilemma with these two options.
After Harvard felt hesitant for a long while, he chose to surrender.
“Okay, I accept the suggestion.”
If he accepted the suggestion, he could at least get a factory. He could think of a way to sell it or do whatever to the factory. At least, he could have one room for maneuver, and it was better than getting nothing.
