The doctor’s mind went blank. He had initially agreed to act with the other man before he took the chance to ruin Food and Medicine Hall. In the end, he would receive a lot of money. They had actually done a lot of similar things previously, and they succeeded every time. They could even get the money through blackmailing or from the owner.
This time, however, they had encountered Thomas, so they failed.
The fake doctor yelled at the man who had food poisoning, “You’re trash! You can’t even handle such a small matter? I just want you to lay on the ground and pretend to be dead. Why can’t you do that? Darn it!”
What he said also totally triggered the man who got food poisoning. He yelled at the fake doctor, “Why are you making noise?! You pretend to be a doctor and I have to pretend to be a patient all the time! If you’re capable, let’s switch our roles! Why didn’t you look at the centipede? It nearly bit me! If I was bitten, I would die on the spot. I’m here to earn money, not to risk my life. Do you understand me?!”
The conversation between the two persons also made the crowd in the restaurant hear what the problem was.
