Georgia was stunned for a few seconds before she shouted at the top of her lungs out of anger, “Do I look like a three year-old kid to you? How can a director of a technology company cure diseases? Are you trying to sow discord between me and Thomas so you can run away in the midst of the chaos?”
Noel turned pale from fear. He vigorously shook his head and explained, “There is some misunderstanding here. Although Thomas is the director, he is also a doctor with superb medical skills at the same time. To tell you the truth, the one who cured Mrs. Brock was not me but Thomas. Thomas used a godly acupuncture method and cured Mrs. Brock of her disease and made her look ten years younger.”
“Oh?” Georgia asked out of suspicion, “Are you for real?”
Noel replied, “It is true! If there is a single lie in what I said, you can cut my hands off anytime you wish.”
He would not dare to lie given his current predicament. As a matter of fact, it only required a simple investigation to discern the truth. Noel had no reason to lie.
