The Hill family's house was crowded with people for the next hour. All of the big and small jewelry companies in Southland District were present, searching for Thomas and offering him the position of purchasing manager in their company.
Basically, it was all free money with no actual work required.
Some companies did not even have any purchasing requirements, and they were willing to simply pay Thomas the money because they admired his talent.
Other companies were inviting him, and if you did not do it as well, then you would almost certainly be eliminated when you actually need him one day.
In over an hour, Thomas had received countless invitations. But Thomas had turned down quite a lot of offers. Even so, he still agreed to nearly twenty companies, the majority of which were accepted due to Johnson’s urging.
