Remus and Francis both faced each other without making any moves, simply observing as they each exuded their respective energy. Remus' energy had turned into a deep, all-consuming black, while Francis' had turned a blinding white.
All the immortals were hiding in the divine retreat, watching the scene with wide eyes. They already knew Remus was powerful, but they never imagined he could reach such a level.
At the moment, both sides were purely competing with their energy. From the current situation, Remus seemed to not be at all inferior to Francis. It was too much for the immortals to process.
Just as they were contemplating, a loud noise erupted. The space couldn't withstand the presence of the two, and it ended up bursting apart.
