If there was an exit from the Underworld, it must be the Reincarnation Office.

The only way for specters from the Underworld to reincarnate into the Mortal Realm was through the Reincarnation Office. If this office was closed, there would no longer be new people appearing in the Mortal Realm. Or, even if they did appear, there would be issues.

But in some sense, the Reincarnation Office symbolized entering the Mortal Realm, which was different from leaving Netherhold. But right now, there was no other option.

The vendor was taken aback by the question and responded impatiently, "Again, are you going to buy it or not? If not, don't waste my time. I've got business to do."

Remus said directly, "I'll take this, then. So, where is the Reincarnation Office?"
