Remus hovered in the air, as the stone walls split open on either side. 100 feet to his left as well as the ceiling above was flowing lava. The crimson color had a strange kind of beauty to it.
On his right was ice that was formed over millions of years through immense pressure. The azure ice exuded a visible chill that filled the air.
Winds swirled at the point where the magma met the ice, achieving a strange balance. Not only that, but the temperature also reached a strange equilibrium.
Remus forcefully diverted his gaze downward. This time, he noticed that the rock wall trapping him was shaped like an egg with a diameter of around ten feet.
Looking further down, he saw only pitch blackness, akin to an endless abyss.
