When Remus left, the Gracefields started cursing him out.
"That shameless bastard! How dare he curse the Gracefields for having no descendants? If it weren't for the fact that he saved me once, I would have made him crawl out of here!" Greg jumped in anger.
What he said was just too insulting and it tortured the Gracefields' minds.
Snow was furious too. "That bastard! Who does he think he is? Master Sandoval had blessed this lucky apple. How could he say that about it? I'm so mad at him! He's not even a man! As Sera's aunt, how could I bear to see her suffer with him? He even took pills! Bah!"
As the Gracefields were complaining amongst themselves, Seraphine said in despair, "Isn't Remus right? Other than me, do we have anyone else? Graham was Ned's son, and Snow isn't married... As for the others, they are either divorced or dead. Where is Gracefield's descendant?"
