All it would take is a word from my dad, and we'd be guaranteed a spot. They always have internal quotas. This type of assessment is clearly meant for those alchemists at the bottom."
"There's an internal quota available? How come I've never heard of it?" Forden was taken aback.
"You're really naive. It's not just the four great families, I'm guessing even those alchemist guilds would have some slots. But there wouldn't be many, probably a single guild could only have four or five slots at best," said Heidi.
No sooner had Heidi finished speaking, than Wyatt sidled up to Jared, asking, "What do you think of this assessment, Mr. Chance?"
"I haven't looked yet, but I don't think many will make it through..."
