As night had fallen and the weather was slightly cold, the street in Jadeborough was not as busy. Lizbeth and her two partners hid in an alley, waiting for the Nortons to pass by the place.
Since two Nortons had entered a restaurant on the street earlier, Lizbeth believed they would soon come out. Soon, two drunken men came up to them while supporting each other from the other side of the street.
They were none other than the Nortons for which Lizbeth and her partners had been waiting.
“They’re coming. Since the two Nortons are drunk, we can take them down easily,” Melanie whispered as soon as she saw them coming.
“Let’s go.” Lyanna held Melanie’s hand and walked out of the alley.
