“If you know about my Dragon Vein, do you know who I am? Who’s my father?” asked Jared.

He hoped to get news about his father from the mysterious old man.

To his dismay, Ranzoph replied, “It’s good enough that I can see your Dragon Vein. Why would I know about your father? If I can be revived, I can perhaps use my powers to determine your father’s identity.”
