As someone of the Department of Justice, are you going to let it slide?” Joseph smirked and asked as he wasn’t intimidated by Lizbeth at all.
“Lizbeth, don’t listen to him. I bought this stone. I have paid him the money!” Oliver hurriedly explained to Lizbeth.
“Shut your mouth!” Lizbeth angrily shouted at Oliver, “I’ll deal with you once we get home!”
Seeing that Lizbeth was furious, Oliver held onto the stone with both hands and lowered his head in silence.
“Joseph, I overheard your previous conversation with my brother. In the past, my brother could open the stones by just paying the deposit. But you denied it once he got something good. You’re obviously trying to trick him!”
