Arianne couldn’t sleep. She got up and gave Tiffany a call. “How did Mark find out about my loan to Will?”
Tiffany was shocked. “He knows? I didn’t say anything! I’ll turn into a dog if I’m lying! Well... Jackson is aware of this, but he’s only aware that I loaned Will the money. He also knows that Will’s company is in financial trouble. I didn’t say anything, you’ve gotta believe me. I don’t know how Mark found out about this!”
That explained it. If Jackson knew, Mark could easily piece everything else together.
