She got down from the car and looked all around when she arrived outside the bar. She could not find Jackson at all. Was he still inside? She really did not want to look for him in the bar, dressed like that. For that reason, she called him. It took a while before the call finally connected. Her patience was almost at the limit at that moment. “Where the hell are you? I’m outside the bar. Hurry up!”
Suddenly, she heard the car honked from behind. She turned around and saw Jackson in his car! She walked over and entered the car.
He was leaning back on the passenger seat, looking as though he was about to fall asleep. She did not waste any time and drove him back to White Water Bay Villa. Initially, she did not intend to go inside. However, when she saw how inebriated he was, she mustered up her courage and helped him inside.
She found the switch on the living room wall with ease, switching the lights on before throwing him onto the couch. “Will you be alright on your own?” she asked, panting, “If there’s nothing else, I’m leaving. Where are the girls who spend their time with you at night? I really think I must have owed you in my past life!”
Jackson looked at her through half-lidded eyes. “Why did you come?”
